Return, Refund & Fulfillment Policy

Refund Process: Refunds may be considered in cases where items were oversold or out of stock prior to being removed from the website. No refunds will be given for items purchased and processed once the board has been completed and drawn.
Delivery process: All items won must be claimed within 30 days of notification or winner forfeits the item. All items must be picked up at 915 New York Ave, Lower Burrell, PA 15068 unless otherwise arranged.
Return Policy: All sales are final, no returns are accepted.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once orders are completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been processed. You may go to our facebook page for all updates to current items.
